Problem is, you are mixing religion and culture here. I have friends from Lebanon, not religious at all, and they still hate jews. This problem will not be solved by removing religion. The roots are even deeper than that. I don’t have any solution nor explanation by the way.

There is probably no way to ever figure out an explanation or solution for that. It must just be culturally Lebanese to “hate jews” and that’s all there is to it.
