ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Bernalillo County Sheriff’s deputies took a man into custody Wednesday after he showed up outside their headquarters with multiple Flock cameras in the back of his pickup truck.
Authorities arrested Jevon Martinez for damaging Flock cameras in Rio Rancho in May. Then, Wednesday, he posted video on social media appearing to show him driving around Albuquerque and taking down automated license plate readers once again.
In those videos, he comments that since the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office ended its contract with Flock last month, those cameras should no longer be out on the streets.
"Just for the record, I am not stealing these. I am not destroying them. I am simply returning them to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department,” he said in one video.
PSA: Just destroy them in place and leave them. Taking them with you can easily elevate charges to a felony theft/possession. Plus it gives the police and flock contractors more shit to haul off.
Don’t take a plea deal. Get a jury trial and watch the jury nullification.
Headline should read “Albuquerque starts arresting municipal volunteers who clean up the city”

Is there a GoFundMe link for him? He needs to bail out and lawyer up
He was just picking up the ones that randomly fell over due to shoddy materials. He should be applauded for picking up so much litter.
Jesus Christ, what a fuckin hero in dark times this guy is.
Breaking Good
Just returning them. Awesome. 🤣
Take it to a jury!
The defense attorney should explain why these are a fascist violation of all of our rights.
You know, so that they’re all well informed before they decide whether or not to convict.
A true patriot
No crime
Real American Hero o7
Plot twist: he’s a flock contractor on a job.
“Hero arrested…”
