“It’s gonna be hard” doesn’t begin to describe the task, because it can’t be done in a vacuum, it would need to be part of a complete overhaul of our entire government.

There’s less than 750k cops in America as of 2024.
We’d just have to redesign police academies, require oversight, and then start pumping trainees who pass stricter background checks and qualifications they, then using them to replace existing police.
It’s all very doable and wouldn’t take long.
