My greatest hope right now is that Biden remains healthy and lucid throughout the campaign, and delivers a decisive win over Trump. Trump goes to prison for any one of his numerous crimes, and we pick up some progressive congressional seats in the landslide victory.
Is Biden up to that? Can he do it? You think he can, and I have doubts. It’s not my job to pretend I don’t have doubts and line up behind Biden. It’s his job to convince me that he’s fit for duty, and he’s not batting 1000 on that front. He needs to do better.
