Americans’ confidence in the economy sank to the lowest level in more than a decade this month as prices remain elevated and wages stagnate amid the ongoing Iran war.
Americans’ opinions are pretty stupid. The same people with a low opinion of the economy could also have a good chance at having a positive opinion of trump’s tariff wars, trump’s war in the Middle East, trump’s destruction of US foreign influence hobbling our ability to obtain favorable trade, trump’s tax cuts for the wealthy, and so much more that has a negative impact on our lives.
Most Americans I run into don’t have a positive opinion of Trump’s war in Iran. Unless they personally know someone in the military or are a political freak, most of them just say, ‘what war?’
