so i found out considering that the game will be using DX12 as graphics API, the possibility of it running of Linux using Proton is pretty high. It should not be available right out of the gate, but in a month or so, tweaks and optimizations will be made to run it on Linux. Mod support will be a completely different matter though. so it wont work rn
