Is DDR4 3200 CL16 overclocked to 3600 the same performance as stock DDR4 3600? I turned on XMP file 3200 then clicked the advanced option and clocked 3600, I did not change any timings or voltage, all that is changed by the XMP file. But even if I went and changed all the settings to get it perfect at 3600 is it the same performance as stock 3600mhz ram at same CL and what about 3600 CL18 vs 3200 cl16 OC to 3600.
