    If you disregard LTS versions, yeah 😄

    Even then it’s usually just a kernel update and not a complete OS reinstall.

      yeah, it’s not a fair comparison because updating to the LTS version is nothing like as disruptive as the move from Windows 10 to 11, and even when that falls out of support it’s still not as disruptive to upgrade to a newer LTS.
