They all taste different. It’s not just a b and w thing

If you mean if you can taste the melanin, no, you can’t. The ‘taste’ is determined by diet, exercise, and other factors, but melanin is not a factor.

Also, it’s literally only skin deep. Past that our bodies look much the same. As someone who’s witnessed several endoscopies, colonoscopies, and the one where they go in through the urethra, well, the melanin doesn’t affect all the tissue, only the skin (the outer layer). Colour really is skin deep, which isn’t much. You can see this in pornography even, as vaginal tissue is much the same colour from woman to woman regardless of what colour her arms, torso, legs, face, et al are.
