I don’t think this is a size-specific balls problem, but I had a bad case of squishing my own jewels while exercising today.

My wife and I have gotten back into exercising in the morning. During the routine, the on-screen instructor is having us do various kinds of squats. And as I’m squatting, I’m feeling the burn in my legs and the crush in my bits. I should probably adjust my stance, but I wasn’t thinking about it at the time and just trying to match what the instructor was doing. It was deeply uncomfortable.

Anyone else run into this issue when exercising?

    Are you wearing compression underwear or similar? You generally gotta keep your junk tightly supported while exercising to prevent stuff like this.

      All my underwear is pouch underwear. Nothing that keeps it up between my legs. Though, now that I think about it, I might have some compression tights. I’ll give those a try.
