Honestly there is only a couple ship upgrades that requires super samples that have some significant impact on stratagems. (like the +1 Eagle 500kg bomb one) The rest I usually feel really underwhelming after upgrade and test them out also at lv7+. So yeah, if people already struggle at lv4~6, they can certainly play at that level that they feel more comfortable and fun. Like I frequently just do a lv2 to do the daily personal order. (like kill 100/200 enemies with weapon.)
Do people not play 7+? How do they upgrade their ship? I’ve only started this weekend but I thought 7 was the minimum goal.
