I guess there’s no sense in trying to future-proof DDR4 memory, but is it overkill?

My last PC build was a Ryzen 3 1300x/1060 build, so any other recommendations for budget Intel CPUs would be appreciated, I’d prefer it to have integrated graphics even though I’m pretty sure I’ll never need it. I guess it’s kind of a security feature if something goes wrong with the card, I can still browse while I wait to get a new one.
