So I just finished assembling my new build with a 13600k on a b760 Aorus Elite AX rev1.0 on bios F4 cooled with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120SE and Gskill ripjaws s5 rams 16gb x2 at 6400c32.

When running cinebench R23 I noticed something weird, with every single core being at 100% never pulled more than 165W and VIDs never went above 1.16v during the bench. Temps were also never exceeding 78 deg C.

Any hint on this ? Is it kinda proof of good silicon lottery ?

EDIT: if it might help no GPU plugged yet and for PSU it is a MSI A850G
