The more research I do the more questions I have and just want to pull my hair out. I have nextcloud and want to setup Bitwarden as well as some other apps that would be nice to remote access but I’m super nervous about opening up my home.

Obviously the safest option is no access with local access while on the home network only, but I know theres a solution without being a professional hacker.

-Cloudfare tunnel with Nginx was my initial thought but does this allow access with any internet connection? -wireguard vpn allows access but I would have to change my internet connection to access?

I need the solution to be idiot proof because my family, while I love them, are all technologically illiterate and refuse to sit down with me to learn basics. So changing networks is out but I also need it to be safe enough that someome with zero networking skills can set and forget as I cant spend time monitoring or evaluating security risks now or in the future. Is there anything that would fit this?
