they have no fixed beliefs except that:

    1. there should be a tyrant atop a hierarchical society

    2. they’re not at the bottom

Everything else is window dressing and mind games

      Seems like

      1. The Left is evil

Is core to their system, but I can see it folded into (2) or arguably part of the mind games.

This is the actual answer. Your average Maga doesn’t care about tyranny or any of that. It’s a little bit of racism and a whole lot of being constantly told that the left is evil and dramatic. The Left is a nebulous satanic enemy that Fox News and related entities demonize constantly and that is what is actually preventing progress from being made. It doesn’t matter what is actually being said, if it comes from The Left then it is the words of Satan, and if it comes from The Right then it is good and holy.

That is because right wing ideology is always two-tiered. There are the rubes who are in it for the hate and bigotry, and there are the leaders who are in it for the power and wealth. The leaders absolutely cares about instituting a tyranny, because that makes their job of funnelling money into their own pockets much easier.

That being said, your average maga voters definitely doesn’t mind a tyranny of their own leaders. That is all part of “owning the libs” and “winning” to them as well.
