For people who’ve been called lazy it can help clarify or at least help you feel seen. It also renews my sense of compassion when I feel myself drifting towards thinking or judging others as lazy. Even if a bit woo woo for your tastes, Worth it for the perspective, IMO.

It’s also very relevant to my work with clients. At this point, I can’t imagine not having this perspective.
I’ve come across this before and read it each time. For people who’ve been called lazy it can help clarify or at least help you feel seen.
