Company offers a small monthly payment for us to use our personal devices such as email, meet, sheets. HR put out a memo that they will track you for any reason on your personal device by your IP address or location as well as monitor the apps you use. This is setup on a work profile on an android. Is there any way to block them from tracking you on days off or watching wether or not you use social media apps on your own time?
