I really need some help here because I can’t figure out why it’s still getting so hot. I bought this Corsair water cooling kit and built a loop specific for my GPU using this EK-Quantum Vector² FTW3 RTX 3080/90 D-RGB - Nickel + Acetal water block, I’m hitting thermal throttling consistently no matter what I play. I have three fans on the front radiator as intake, three on the top radiator as out and one on the back of the case as outtake. Sits at ~35c at idle, but under load I’m consistently seeing temps above 80c. Did I do something wrong here?
I used these thermal pads and the thermal paste that came with the EK Waterblock.
If there’s any further information you need to help me figure this out I’ll provide anything as best I can. Thank you for your help in advance
There are bubbles in the pump from me filling it up thinking that having it only half full was part of the problem, filling it to that point hasn’t made a difference, there’s about 1/8 inch(ish) of air still left in the pump to let any residual bubbles rise up and have space to “pop”
*EDIT: added a picture of the loop
