Further to my make this quieter post about a week ago I decided to redo my loop. Couldn’t find the heatkiller tube config and mounts I wanted in the UK so ordered directly.

Ordered Wednesday night hoping for Monday delivery but expecting Tuesday. Got the tax invoice from DHL this morning (Friday), parts were delivered about 4 hours after paying it.

That’s pretty impressive and the cost including duty and shipping was about the same as buying here, but I didn’t have to settle on whatever was available locally and I got the config I wanted.

Only downside is the 160eur pre tax min order but that’s because of the way the tax collection rules are structured here. Less than that would be a PITA for them to deal with.
