I have seen the video of optimumtech and wanted to rebuild his build. Due to hight restrictions I have to decide between those two options:

360mm radiator 30mm thick with Noctua Nf a12x25 (very tight fit and I already have two Noctua)

240mm radiator 44mm thick with probably phantecks t30

At the moment I tend to go to the 240mm way as it seems to be the safe option.
