Server Suggestion

Hello I can put a server at my work and I don’t have to pay for electricity or for my space the server shoud be 1U or 2U not taller.

I want to host a file server some virtualisations, Plex with multiple users at the same time and maybe a graphic card for cloud gaming so I can stream it to my laptop don’t know if it’s worth it to do that that’s why I’m asking.

It should still be quit and energy efficient it’s a data-Center I can have 1 gbe or 10gbe

What do you guys suggest me to buy or what do you recommend me to do I don’t want do spend more then 1000€ for the server
