Pc is connected to the router via ethernet cable, first it was fine when I first used the ethernet cable but after I restarted my pc(just once) it still connected to the router but no internet and I checked my phone’s wifi it has internet. How do you fix this issue?

Before the ethernet cable, I was using a wifi dongle and uninstall it cause it might cause some interference with the ethernet cable
