Our FiOs box is on the first floor on the outside wall and my desk is on the second floor directly above it but on an inside wall. I am building a PC and am debating running Ethernet through the wall, into the attic, and down to the first floor. Or I could just get a Wi-Fi card and call it a day. I mostly play Mech Warrior 5 and Deep Rock Galactic. If I should do a wireless card, what is recommended or what should I look for?
