Not sure if this is the best place to ask but I’ll give it a go.

My partner and I both lost internet connection, over wifi, on our phones (Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Flip 4). We can still connect to the wifi and I can use the phones to turn on the PlayStation over wifi.

The odd thing is that the internet is working on every other wifi device, just not the phones. But connecting our phones to each others mobile hotspot, using mobile network, works fine.

I’ve tried power cycling the router and other hardware, forgetting the networks on phones, resetting network settings on phones, factory reset of router. But the issue remains.

My next step will be to contact the ISP but thought I’d ask here as I don’t know how helpful they’ll be…
