    At least, reading the post, they seem to still allow their users to turn that off. Not that this concerns me much, I don’t use MS.

      I use it at work and when they upgraded to 11 it took me quite a lot of time to make things usable again including this annoying default

      Weren’t there already enough “placebo” settings in Windows? It’s primarily about pretending to comply with “data protection” for Europe, for example.
