    When our cat was spayed, I modified a newborn size onesie to dress her in. She managed to wiggle out of it even while sound asleep. Getting out of this costume would be a piece of cake for her.

      Cats collarbones don’t actually connect to anything. They’re just held in place with soft tissue, which is why cats can fit through tiny spaces.

        Here’s me thinking it’s because they can change their molecular density at will, which is why a 12 pound cat sounds like a 600 pound Shetland pony when it’s galloping through the house at night.

          every cat we’ve had except this current one was so very quiet (they liked stalking us around corners and slapping our booties) but our current calico, she has never heard the word quiet. i think they found her in a dumpster by the freeway and she’s a little deaf or something, she is the sweetest.
