Hi folks,

I have VPN that works only on Windows and Mac. I would like to work on my Linux machine.

I tried two ways:

  1. Use virtualbox and try to find guides how share VPN from guest machine to host. But I can’t find. There only solutions how to share VPN from host to guest.

  2. use windows mobile hotspot on old minipc to share VPN to my laptop. It works, but hotspot is public and visible.

So, I would like to ask you help to understand:

  1. is it possible to share VPN from guest vm to host?

  2. how can I setup hidden, private, secure connection between windows server with shared VPN network and Linux client?

* I will plan to buy Ethernet cable and try to establish connection between windows pc and Linux laptop through it.
