unless developers can prove those AI models were trained with data that does not "infringe on existing copyrights.

What exactly does this mean from the standpoint of what data do they consider infringing, because it’s kind of confusing when you look at what AI does to data.

All of my models are trained off of data I’ve generated with public domain content, from there it’s then generated on new models then trained for a final model, so technically it’s my trained data with proof. Would this be considered my property and would I be able to release such a game?

I know I’m going to get a lot of people trying to answer this, as this is not a question about morals or an argument on what AI is, please only answer the question if you know the answer related to steams policy on what data is considered safe.
