I think that’s a little alarmist to be honest, not all cats are allergic to Lilies, so to just blanket ban them is over the top, train your pets as well, it is a thing.

I have never had a single one of my cats get out in 2 decades, if you want to be careless that’s your fault, the general public isn’t going to go out of their to avoid planting stuff so muffins you constantly somehow let out doesn’t eat them. There’s also ways to address constant runaways, get a shock collar.

I’m sorry, take a little personal accountability for your pets and how you let them out, or do what a good pet owner should do, and fix the problem. Your PSA went from cute PSA to borderline propaganda real fast. Yeesh growmie.

The real PSA is outdoors cats are menace to nature and if you can’t keep them inside because you’re frankly a horrible pet owner, they deserve what happens. I’ll trap them if they come on my property, but the coyotes and bears will get them first before some flowers…. Don’t be an irresponsible pet owner, keep muffins inside, there is ZERO excuse, full stop.
