I also noticed she kept pointing out things I thought were positives as negatives like, too many things to choose from, having to troubleshoot to install an OS that you want, paying extra (for the freedom), the name Laptop 13, etc. but I get it, she’s trying to set expectations for people who are kind of new-ish to the scene.
