    This is inspiring, thanks. I wish there was more info about the high-protein diets these athletes take.

    I’m spending about the equivalent to $600/mo USD just to get 195g of protein daily through vegan powders and vegan meal replacements. It’s expensive but it keeps the carbohydrates down (a medical necessity).
