Sadly the south of spain will become hotter years after years…the only way to decrease the temperature is to build a small pond surrounded by trees and covers walls with vegetables.
But it can be a collective projet with neighboor and the mayor as shared garden. If everyone complain that the street it too hot, i see a common ground, a common goal where you connect connect each other and strive for a better environnement. :)

I know… basically applying permaculture principles.
To do that I will have to live away from the city and so I will need a car… 😔
Or cover the building and street with some protection with your neighboors :)
