Back when I used to drive a POS like that Nissan I would intentionally park next to people parked like that (usually giant trucks) but against their driver door, in such a way that I could get out but they couldn’t get in.
I also punch the mirrors of cars parked in bike lanes.
My favorite thing about not giving a shit about what my car looks like is parking it like this next to assholes who think they’re getting that second space without consequences.
