PhilHealth systems back online after ransomware attack

The PhilHealth Website and Members Portal were back online after a complete online system shutdown last September 22 due to a Medusa ransomware attack.

Since they didn’t pay the ransom of 300k USD ransom looks like they went full scorched earth
