I’ve moved into a new apartment. All of the electrical outlets are very finnicky and loose.

My pc has been able to turn on and the monitors come on but NO displays (even tho they are powered on).

I take my computer to my step dads to trouble shoot he plugs it into the tv in the living room it comes on instantly without issue.

I take my computer home and plug it in it works FINE. I wake up the next morning to turn it on and it’s doing it again.

I’ve tried multiple monitor sources and multiple hdmi cables. Still no display coming up despite the mouse/keyboard and power going into all displays and the pic itself. We ran some diag tests and no issue seems to be coming from the graphics card or power supply.

Could this be electrical?
