It comes after a day of voting in which polling stations were hit by hoax Russian bomb threats and the National Guard was activated in more than a dozen states amid fears of violence.
Looks like the Democrats (and Lemmy users) didn’t have much luck with the tactic of labeling anyone who didn’t openly support Harris as Nazis, racists, or privileged.
And maybe banning every single person from communities for not being in love with her didn’t work out so well either. Oh well!
There are literally fireworks going off in my town right now! lol
I remember when a lot of people on Lemmy thought I wouldn’t be here after the election. I’m still here.
Nah, I’m not a victim. I’m celebrating democracy in action today. People stood up against the bullies. And won.
And even tho my candidate didn’t win, I admire all the people who stood up against the entitlement. And won.
I feel like I won, because I didn’t let you all bully me into voting for your candidate.
I hope you all do some soulsearching and realize that accusing someone of being a nazi just because they aren’t voting for your political party, is wrong. And it didn’t work.
I like the attitude of lumping in “you all” into one singular group that calls you a Nazi. Especially funny because I do not have a party in the USA.
You know if you think everyone is in the same group as the few bullies the world feels like it’s full of bullies. But that might not actually be factual.
Just my two cents, have a nice whatever time it is over the pond right now
See that’s what I meant though. Just because I am criticising one aspect of your post doesn’t mean I am someone who would call you a Nazi or that I am affiliated with people that would. I’m my own person.

Hi, everyone! :)
Love me some victim mentality even in victory. At least you’re consistent

Hey man, you started it by saying I had some victim mentality.
Also, it’s day here (11 a.m. right now) and it’s a glorious day. Some great snowfall too.
Thanks, friend! :)
