Have you not been downtown watching people trying to cross the street with less than 3 seconds on the timer? You’re not supposed to start crossing if its flashing you’re supposed to finish if you’ve already started.
People are in such a rush to get to their pathetic corporate jobs they can’t wait the extra 20 seconds whether in a car or on foot.
