Far from the first time this happened, but since it happened again just last night felt the need to mention…

Single lane road. Person turns in front of me. No problem so far, I don’t own the road.

Person is now driving 10 miles under the speed limit. A line of cars begins to build up behind me as we’re all stuck behind this a-hole.

Road changes to 2 lanes. Driver speeds up so no one can pass them.

Lane goes back to single lane. We are all still behind the driver. He/she is back to driving under the speed limit.

Why the hell do people do this? Makes me so freaking angry I begin to think vehicular violence should be justified.
