There is a huge difference between asking a stupid question and being too lazy to type “definition grace” into a search bar and clicking on the first link.
Its almost like its actually more work to go the route of posting a question and engaging with the replies and I knowingly accepted the burden implicit to doing so because I wanted to hear what it means to actual people rather than consulting the authorities on denotation and etymology
You get how thats different, right? That plan would have had way less lip, granted, but I can tolerate a bit of noise to get to the gold. Stories and anecdotes and interaction are often as illuminating if not more so in that context and sometimes I prefer a dialectic over a 1time bag/shag/&skeddaddle.
People might as well ask why not ask ChatGPT so we can automate ourselves out of all that pesky unnecessary community engagemeng or discussion
Why are we catering to people too lazy to fuckin google the definition of a word?
This is c/NoStupidQuestions, not c/TotallyFuckingStupidAnswer
