My computer is HP Elitedesk G2 SFF, it has 80 plus platinum psu, (the original that came with the pc). I have also added GTX 1650 low profile gpu And another 8 gigabytes of ram.

Everytime i startup the pc, the psu fan is really loud about 20 minutes and then it is silent.

This started happening about a week ago, does anyone know why this is happening, is this normal or is my pc safe to use?
