Recently bought a sealed box LSI 9200-8e SAS 6Gb adapter with cable and Quantum LTO8 external tape drive.

LSI drivers are loaded along with the Windows software from Quantum’s website (tried both 2.4.5 and 3.0).

Windows can “see” the Quantum drive in the device manager and I can test the tape drive with tapes through the IBM ITDT CLI.

Windows for LTFS is installed as a service, but when I try to add the tape drive in the interface, it says “No Tape Drive Found”.

The tape drive has the Quantum label, but it looks like other manufacturer’s units, Magstor, IBM, HP. Would there be another version of drivers I could use?
