I finally got 10 Gbps internet to my address. But before going all in and upgrading my whole homelab I realised that my upload speed is 1Gbps.

So, I am wondering if that internet upgrade will actually make a huge difference when it comes to streaming music and videos outside my home. Doesn’t it mean that even if I get a 10Gbps ethernet card, I would still be limited to 1Gbps when sending content outside?
