Creative director’s reference images

I’m tasked with making a bunch of portraits in 4 different offices and I (hopefully) will be asked to do it again and again in the future. I need consistency. All of the offices have at least one bank of windows.

This will involve air travel, so I need to keep the kit light. I was thinking one 400ws strobe, a 65" deep white umbrella with a diffuser, and a white reflector? I’ll be using a Canon R5 and either an 85mm, or a 70-200mm.

I also have a 5ft Octa, with/without a grid. And a 3ft octa, no grid.
