Hello, the start up is using google workspace + aws, laptops are Windows, Mac and a few Linuxes. What would your approach be in managing (and offboarding) users without too much hassle?

All employees are using Google Workspace and we have no on-site infrastructure, just cloud. Is it impossible to avoid Active Directory? Ideally I’d like users to log in to their workstations with those same credentials that they’ll use for other platforms.
