A lot has been bothering me with regard to the “left’s” response to recent events. these people are not serious at all. but they do believe they are gravely gravely serious.

they invoked Aktion T4 so they could demand that the Fox News morning show talking head be held accountable. he will not be. she believes that we can pressure Fox News into firing him, and that will stop other newsmen from saying that stuff. she thinks the damage was already done because he already said the thing, was heard saying the thing, and that is what causes things like Aktion T4 to become reality.

they don’t talk like that on Fox News, in case there’s any question. they do not talk like that. Brian Kilmeade has been on that show since 1997 or something like that. he did not slip up. it was intentional. North Americans have already been desensitized to the the dehumanization of homeless ppl, disabled ppl, incarcerated ppl, and ppl who use drugs. from where we’re sitting, the extermination phase has been underway for quite some time. and now this happens, and we want one individual news guy fired. we’ve lost thousands and thousands already and it’s so normal that we hardly ever hear about it or think about it. Brian Kilmeade is here to make it normaler.

what do you think is about to happen?

homeless ppl, disabled ppl, incarcerated (and formerly incarcerated) ppl, and ppl who use drugs share a very particular type of vulnerability - we are so universally and thoroughly devalued that our brutal beatings, deaths, tortures are normal part of the ambient environment.

because it’s already happened so many times, i have no doubt that i’ll meet my violent end surrounded by ppl who barely register this going on in their immediate surroundings.

this is not a predetermined fate. it can be disrupted, but there must be individuals who make the choice to disrupt.
