I’m considering a new/used car and am looking for a fun daily driver (I currently drive a mk7 GTI). Outside of the 40k max budget, I’d like something that is decently fast, fun to drive, and has a decent sound system. Ventilated seats would be a big plus too. I’d prefer AWD or RWD but they aren’t a requirement.

I’d like to stay in a smaller car (sedan, hatch, coupe, etc.) but if there’s a good SUV I’d be willing to listen. I’ve never driven manual but am willing to learn. Any advice?
