I am never late. I am on the other hand very often very much too early because I don’t want to be late.
I get to work an hour early. Just to sit in the parking lot listening to music and playing on my phone.
ADHD dialogue options:
- Backstory leading to conclusion.
- Backstory NOT leading to conclusion.
- Tangent! leading to nowhere!
- Interrupting them.
- Wait, what?
Wait so me telling 30+ minutes long backstories (and usually forgetting where it was supposed to go in the process) as answers to simple questions is normal?
Yes, this is, in my limited but growing understanding, very normal behavior for us neuro-divergent types (ADHD, Autism, etc.)
In the year book there are several titles given like: smartest kid, the athletic, the clown, the beauty queen, teachers pet, etc

Popular in college, I bet
Me today deciding that I should take the bus that brings me to a stop 300 meters from the building where I have class on the second floor four minutes before it starts…
Update: the bus was two minutes early and I made it two minutes early, but then I was late coming back from the break (4 hour class) because I thought I could make it to the library 500 meters away, return a book, and back within 15 minutes. I didn’t factor in waiting in line behind others who were returning books.
1 meter is not very far. I can take a step in 1 meter easy. 500 is not very big. I can count to 500 easy.
But then you realize that actually 500 meters is a half kilometer and you know that a kilometer isn’t exactly a short distance to walk in a hurry.
LOL this is the first time i’ve seen this method written out. I thought that was just me
Ah, I refuse to skip lunch, that must be why I’m always late.
Ah easy Hobbit mistake
