Does anyone find that their photo composition is better using prime lenses and lighter lenses?

If I use a zoom lens I seem to spend more time fiddling with the focal length than actually trying to get my composition right. If the lens is quite long and front heavy, it also seems to mess with my composition.

I use a Sony A7iii with a 24-105mm f4 lens and also have an Olympus penf with the 17mm f1.8 lens. I am more happier with my photos on the lighter and smaller Olympus set up.
