He has said:

I take no position per se on Brexit… But, I quite often get asked a second question: what’s the impact on economic growth?

And the answer is that for the foreseeable future it is negative.

Thoughts on this?

obvious consequences to anyone with a brain, too bad the British are brainless

without an empire to leech Britain is an island shithole, cutting itself off from EU resources and markets should be the most obviously “this will fuck up the economy forever” decisions ever made

Itd be different if it were intended to be a period of some sort of autarky where a socialist government re industrializes and actually, you know, plans for the future, but that’s obviously not what happened here, they just cut themselves off and expected The Market to do the opposite of the obvious

it’s really like a tumor that cut itself off and is now surprised at how little blood flow it gets

I don’t think it makes sense to make judgements about the intelligence of everyone in a country based on an action done by some people in that country.

51.4% being brain free. Is a pretty bad national average on the integence of the whole nation.

If over half the nation are wondering about like Brexit zombies. It hardly does well for educational opportunities to the rest.

Hmm is that actually a good film idea?
