It’s not ideal, but I see his point. If you’re living in eagle wood, it’s not as bad as portrayed, but is still rough. I don’t think $2500 is much of an exaggeration. Also, I don’t remember what this guys does, but seems his still working on it. I think he’s making the best he can out of life at the moment. Sharing a bathroom with a few roommates probably isn’t much different.
Not to mention him getting upset bc she says she didn’t want kids during the sneak peak for next week!!! Like bitch you can afford only a shack with no private bathroom and churros for a romantic meal and you want to add kids on top of that?? You kidding me!!!
This was my thought. Would a 45 minute commute to the city from a more cost effective area kill him? Even a camper or mobile home would be 1000% more sanitary and habitable!

I live in LA and I’m currently apartment haunting. I’m that area that likely runs him around $1200 or so - no more than $1400
